Oh my goodness I am so exhausted and broke. I have a new respect for all my old teachers. I never realized how much work goes into cleaning and decorating your classroom. I have been doing that the last two days and I am still going in tomorrow on a Saturday just to finish up. The veteran teachers are so lax and say they are just finishing up on Tuesday morning! I will be so nervous on Tuesday that I don't think I will be able to even think about decorating.
I was really happy with how my class came out. I mean I don't have anything extraordinary as I am not the least bit creative, but its neat and bright and I found some great motivational posters.
I also started another two grad classes. Both classes have books that are insanely expensive. I have literally no income and I cannot afford these books. On top of that I was told I probably won't be paid until October. I don't know if I will be able to survive. I am already broke as all hell. Ugh I am venting.
